STEEL WONDERS represents the collective artistic spirit of Greg Iler and Sue Watson. With Greg as a skilled welder/metal artisan, we work together to design and create unique, functional and eclectic pieces for home and garden décor.

Our product line includes: Trellises, obelisks, arbours, window boxes, bird houses and wind motion accents for the gardener and bird watcher’s delight. In addition, one-of-a-kind sculptures, wall hangings, wine racks, glass-top tables, etc. for the home.

You may have seen some of our signature 12’ to 14’ steel palm trees on your Sunday drive in southwestern Ontario.

Discover and enjoy whimsical displays as you stroll our pathways. Relax on a bench among the bulrushes, wildflowers and tall grass at our large naturalized pond.  All of this sits comfortably on over two acres of tranquil countryside property in close proximity to Lake St. Clair.

OPEN year round by chance or appointment.  We make it a point to be at home every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) in May and June 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Outside of these May and June hours we recommend you call ahead at 519 728-2468 to ensure that we are available.

It is well worth the drive to Belle River (Lakeshore) to visit us. We have ample parking and bus tours are welcome.

HOW TO FIND US:

FROM WINDSOR:

Take E.C. Row Expressway and continue due east through the Town of Belle River, just over Duck Creek Bridge to the junction of County Road 22 and Essex County Road 2 (Rochester).  Turn left. We are the first house north of New Life Pentecostal Church.

FROM CHATHAM:

Highway 42 West to Junction 22 (Myers Towing Corner). Turn right towards Belle River. Drive approximately 2 km to the intersection of Essex County Road 2 (Rochester) and turn right. We are the first house north of New Life Pentecostal Church.
